Is it possible to have multiple users on ScrubBill?
Yes! We have different roles for your primary & warehouse users.
Does ScrubBill provide live shipping rate at checkout?
ScrubBill at the moment is placed after checkout, it does not calculate or fetch live courier rates.
What if my courier is not on the list?
We are constantly adding new Couriers to our list. Please contact us to see if we can connect to your courier.
What if my courier is not a platinum courier?
If they are Standard Courier. There is no need to fret. We just bill you directly based on your usage.
What is a platinum courier?
Platinum couriers have a special agreement with Scrubbill whereby our fees are included in your rate from them.
Does ScrubBill have an Auto print function?
Yes, this feature is available on either ScrubBill X or ScrubBill Plus. Contact our team at info@scrubbill.com for more information (Windows Computers only).
Does ScrubBill service international shipping?
ScrubBill only provides its service for local shipments at the moment, it is in our future development’s road map.
Can you connect multiple stores to one account?
Yes you can. ScrubBill can connect as many integrations as you like. There is no extra charge for adding more stores/integrations.
