Which ScrubBill package is right for me?
Choose Core if you need the essentials — best suited to merchants who want to bring orders, fulfillment and courier processing into one system without needing advanced automation.
Choose X if your order volumes are growing — best suited to businesses handling increasing order volumes and looking for greater speed, efficiency and automation.
Choose Plus if your operation needs more advanced warehouse functionality — best suited to merchants managing more complex warehouse workflows, split orders or advanced picking and packing requirements.
Is ScrubBill Core really free?
ScrubBill Core is free to use, subject to the courier you use. Get in touch and we’ll explain how it works for your setup.
Does ScrubBill charge per order?
ScrubBill is billed per waybill, not per order, and there is no limit on how many orders or waybills you can process. The per waybill fee and the courier’s delivery cost are the same on every plan; what X and Plus add is a monthly fee for extra platform functionality. Core has no monthly fee and is courier dependent.
Can I upgrade or change my ScrubBill plan?
Yes. You can move to a plan with more functionality as your order volumes grow, without starting over. Talk to us and we’ll help you switch.
Does ScrubBill lock me into a contract?
ScrubBill plans are designed to be flexible. Contact us for the current terms that apply to your chosen plan.
Can I connect more than one eCommerce store?
Yes. ScrubBill can retrieve orders from multiple online channels. Store and channel limits vary by plan.
Can I use multiple courier accounts?
Yes. ScrubBill supports multiple courier integrations and pickup locations.
Are onboarding and setup included?
We help you connect your stores, couriers and locations, and set ScrubBill up around your workflows. Contact us about onboarding for your plan.
Is customer support included?
Yes. Every plan includes real human customer support and access to ScrubBill Academy.
What is ScrubBill Academy?
ScrubBill Academy is a free training and learning resource that helps you use the platform properly. It supports merchants and fulfillment teams with guidance on ScrubBill’s tools, workflows, and day-to-day use, so you can get more value from the system.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All listed prices exclude VAT.
